Wise Forwarding BV organises international road transport for Dutch companies shipping goods across Europe. From a warehouse ten kilometres from the Port of Rotterdam we manage collection, transport and customs clearance where needed, with one fixed contact who already knows your cargo. No call centre, no handovers.
Who runs Wise Forwarding
Wise Forwarding was founded by Wouter Entius. Before starting the company he spent seventeen years at OOCL Logistics, after beginning his career in freight forwarding in 2000. Wise Forwarding itself is a young company. What it is built on is not. Every process, every partner and every customs shortcut we use comes from two and a half decades of solving exactly this kind of problem for other companies. Now we solve it for our own clients directly.
What we do
Wise Forwarding manages international road transport across Europe. Dry cargo, dangerous goods under ADR, and temperature controlled transport to France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Greece, Romania, the United Kingdom, Turkey and more. We work with dedicated partners on every route and consolidate smaller shipments where a full load is not required.
Alongside road transport we handle customs clearance in the Netherlands and Belgium, including transit T1 documents and limited fiscal representation. Our warehouse in Hellevoetsluis offers bonded storage, contract warehousing, cross docking and handling for oversized and heavy cargo.
Sea and air freight through our network
Not every shipment belongs on the road. Once a destination sits outside Europe, or speed and cargo value matter more than cost, we bring in our JC-Trans network. Vetted agents across Asia, the Middle East, the Americas and Africa handle sea freight on the main trade lanes and air freight for urgent or high-value cargo.
You get the same follow-up as on one of our own road transports: one contact who tracks the shipment from booking to delivery, even when a network partner is doing the actual moving.
